Tonight’s dinner – 2 BBQ chicken quarters and cooked kale. Looks yummy doesn’t it.
About a year ago I started taking diet and exercise seriously. It took me about 6 months for changes to occur but they finally started. I’ve been eating about 75% Paleo for about 3 months now and work out 5 days a week. In January of 2011 I weighed 235 and had about 32% body fat. This morning, I hit 205 and the body fat is at 20%. My goal is 15% or lower and 195 by August of this year. My workouts consist of weigh training, HIIT, along with CrossFit type exercises.
I know this is stupid to post, but hey, this is a blog about nothing and everything so it fits.
